Delivery within the UAE
Eligible orders can be delivered within the UAE, subject to stock and delivery coverage. Remote or restricted areas may need extra time or alternative arrangements.
Timing and charges
The usual estimate is 2–5 business days after successful payment confirmation and once products are available for dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Availability, destination, order size, holidays and busy periods can affect timing. Charges depend on the order and destination; confirm the applicable delivery cost before ordering.
Address and delivery updates
Provide a complete address and a reachable UAE telephone number. Contact us promptly about address changes; changes after dispatch may not be possible. Tracking is provided where available. Failed delivery attempts may require further arrangements or charges.

Check the package and product. Photograph visible damage and contact us promptly about damage, missing items or an incorrect product. Keep the packaging and purchase details for review. Returns remain subject to separate eligibility conditions.
